Cooking with Ellbee's
Slowly melt butter in sauce pan, add Ellbee's, and saute until slightly golden

I experimented with this recipe for weeks, adding fresh herbs, garlic and other spices and testing the recipes on my family and friends. One day I believed I had found the perfect blend and held a barbecue of my own, and everyone agreed that the "secret" seasoning made the meal.

I mixed up a batch before the departure of my guests, and sent everyone home with a jar, telling each that it was packaged with love and entitled the recipient to unlimited refills. Over the following weeks, one by one they arrived at my door with their empty jars. I filled them over and over again.

In 2006, my neighbor told me she wanted to buy some to give as gifts. What a great idea! I continued to refill the jars of those to whom I had made my promise of an endless supply, and told everyone else that they could now purchase my rub to give to others.
What next? A name! How did it get it's name. The Lord gave it to me in a long car ride to South Dakota. "Ell" is for Linda and, "bee" is for Brent (my husband and official taste tester).

Ellbee's Seasonings are wonderful on meats, fish, and fowl cause that's what they were created for. We've ex-paned into appetizers, soups, salad dressings, pasta's and vegetables recipes.
