 What is Garlic?

It belongs to the onion family Alliceae also includes shallots, and leeks.  The garlic bulb is divided into sections called cloves and has its own very distinctive taste and aroma.  Today garlic is widely recognized health enhancing supplement.  Garlic promotes the heart and immune systems with antioxidants, and helps maintain healthy blood circulation. This natural antibiotic is effective against toxic bacteria, viruses, and fungus.

What is the difference between a wet rub and a dry rub?

Dry rubs rely on meat, fish and poultry's own juices to activate the flavor power of the rub and can dry the meat out.  Ellbee's comes complete with it's own natural liquid to penetrate into food, therefore, allowing the juices to increase and keep the meat, fish, and poultry tender and moist in about 10 min.

How do I use a wet rub?

Taht is what makes Ellbee's so unique....it is one of the few wet rubs available on the market today.  Use sparingly 1-2 teaspoons per 8oz. portion of meat.  We recommend using your hands (yes, you can use a glove) rub into meat and let sit at room temperature for 10-15 minutes.  You can stack the portions on top of each other to get Ellbee's on both sides for more impact.

Are Ellbee's products gluten free?

Yes, our products are gluten free.  We list all ingredients on our product label for our users who might have food sensitivities.  We are coming up with an entire mnu for your excitement in cooking gluten free with robust flavor!

Are ther any preservitives in Ellbee's?

We use a natural preservitive that the body can easily process...Sea Salt.  It also fights bacteria and adds natural flavor to our ingriendents.  You are able to pronounce everything on our label!!!  Salt plays an equally important role in human health.. It not only feeds nutritional mineral elements to the body's cells, it disolves, sanitizes and cleanses toxic waste from the body's systems.

Do I need to refrigerate Ellbee's?

The FDA recommends refrigeration after opening, however, we have been told by many of our customers that they do not refrigerate our products and that it stays fresh...of course, our products are used up so fast most people don't  have a chance to put them back in the refrigerator!

Does Ellbee's repel vampires?

Yes, absolutely...there are NO vampires in our warehouse, office or kitchen!  On the other hand, many non Ellbee users frequently complain about nightly visits from vampires!
